    The team really take a pride in their work and whilst being professional they are also friendly and extremely helpful. They are always very busy which no doubt is caused by their high standards, but does make it difficult to get a quick appointment or to get the phone answered. However they do what they can for you and try and fit you in as soon as possible.

    Fantastic service provided by Rich. Having a Semi Automatic gearbox on my Vauxhall Vivaro, no other garage in Ripon or the surrounding areas wanted to even entertain me. Thankfully Gills Autos was recommended to me by a friend and they said no bother at all and booked it in. The gearbox was randomly dropping into neutral whilst driving, Rich has done a full gearbox service and changed all oils and checked over the Tiptronic “Robot” on the gearbox. I’m pleased to say it’s now smooth as silk and back to how it should be. He even pointed out an issue with the spare wheel carrier whilst he was under the van and has sorted that out for free, can’t ask for anymore great service provided!
